Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Adobe AEM Developer to design, develop, and implement web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AEM development, Java, and front-end technologies, along with a deep understanding of AEM best practices, workflows, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and implement Adobe AEM solutions, including templates, components, workflows, and services.
  • Design and develop scalable and efficient AEM-based web applications.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
  • Implement AEM authoring workflows, permissions, and content structure.
  • Integrate AEM with other enterprise systems, such as CRM, analytics, and third-party APIs.
  • Optimize AEM performance by implementing caching strategies and improving content delivery.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal website performance.
  • Ensure security best practices are implemented within AEM applications.
  • Maintain AEM instances and manage deployments across different environments.
  • Stay updated with the latest AEM features, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: [X] years of hands-on AEM development experience.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x or later), including Sites, Assets, and Forms.
    • Proficiency in Java, J2EE, OSGi, Servlets, and Sling framework.
    • Experience with AEM templates, components, dialogs, workflows, and JCR (Java Content Repository).
    • Hands-on experience in HTL (Sightly), JSP, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
    • Understanding of CSS, HTML5, and modern front-end development.
    • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience integrating third-party services.
    • Experience with Apache Felix, CRXDE Lite, and AEM Dispatcher.
    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps processes.
    • Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics is a plus
