Description

Job description attached (ADMS knowledge, product experience is a must)
Able to troubleshoot complex issues across SCADA, DMS, and networking systems independently
Experienced with SCADA and ADMS operations in utility environments
Proficient in networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls) and system integration
Strong communicator with proven customer-facing support experience
Familiar with GE’s e-terra suite (DMS, OMS, SCADA tools)
