> Candidate should be organized, able to communicate effectively, and willing to collaborate across multi-disciplinary groups.

> Ability to interact with internal & external customers while seeking information

> Process Approach and comprehension of customer requirements

> Mature individual with ability to work & communicate with people across the client organization and all functions within own organization.

> Handle escalations and assist Customers.

> Should have patience and not be overawed by difficult situations

> Need to have sound customer service skills and soft skills with prime focus being on customer satisfaction

> Good Interpersonal & people management skills with good problem solving approach.

> Good analytical skills, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers

> Must have experience in any or multiple IT/OT Integration e.g. Advance Distribution Management System (ADMS), SCADA/historian.. etc.

> Should have knowledge in Utility business processes, systems, requirements, constraints, and new approaches for electric T&D utilities

> Must have good communication and comprehension skills.
