Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled ADAS Algorithm Engineer with a strong background in algorithm design and development for automotive systems. This role involves working on cutting-edge technology to enhance driver safety and vehicle automation, with a specific focus on ultrasonic sensing systems.
Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize high-performance applications for ADAS, specializing in computer vision and machine learning.
  • Oversee the development of advanced software for ultrasonic sensing systems, taking ownership of the ultrasonics signal processing component from driver-level signal processing to object points estimation, end-to-end.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of mathematical modeling for echo processing and tracking.
  • Identify and fix bugs in the software pipeline to maintain software quality.
  • Develop simulation features for the ultrasonic perception stack within simulation environments.
  • Create algorithms for stochastic codes, which serve as firing patterns for ultrasonic sensor arrays around vehicles.
  • Spearhead the training, evaluation, and testing of deep learning algorithm pipelines for ultrasonic data processing.
  • Mentor team members on various topics related to algorithm development and software engineering.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and deliver scalable solutions that meet business needs, while remaining passionate about continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience in algorithm development for ADAS, with a focus on ultrasonic sensing systems.
  • Strong background in computer vision and machine learning, with at least 8 years of specialized experience.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as C/C++ and Python.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
