Actimize developer role that will help with ETL and Actimize development, backfilling another contractor who reached tenure. Hoping to improve on that person’s depth of Actimize experience, had only about 1 year coming in.

There are many products in Actimize, this requires a trade surveillance background. Designing, implementing enterprise systems. Autosys scheduling. Devops. SQL complex queries. Python shell scripting. Develop the Actimize code for ETL in SQL. Will use Actimize Actone, so that would indicate a strong fit, but should at least be able to export Actimize. 12 on-site developers, 10 offshore developers. Work on multiple actions critical to the trade surveillance group, works on regulatory review. Work with the stakeholders, like the compliance team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Experience in Software Engineering Actimize SME with Trade Surveillance background.

The Lead Software Engineer (Oracle PL/SQL, MS SQL T-SQL, Autosys, C#, SSRS, APIs and ETL) is a senior technical role focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise database solutions. The position emphasizes expertise in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server, as well as integrating data workflows using ETL tools and job scheduling through Autosys. The Lead Engineer collaborates with stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions while ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards. This role also includes mentoring team members and leading complex projects.

Required Qualifications:
• 15+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of Actimize Trade Surveillance / Cloud deployments such as Kubernetes, Harness , OCP, APIgee and more.
• Expertise in Autosys job scheduling, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in Software Oracle PL/SQL and MS SQL T-SQL development experience.
• Experience in UNIX , Linux and Windows server and PC.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud deployments such as Kubernetes, Harness , OCP and more.
• Excellent use of Visual Studio, Visual Code, branching strategies, GitHub, Jenkins , graddle, TFS
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, SSRS, APIGee, C# ) and Autosys for job scheduling.
• Proven track record of database design and optimization for high-performance systems.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps principles.
• Advanced Oracle PL/SQL (e.g., packages, dynamic SQL, materialized views).
• Proficiency in MS SQL Server T-SQL (e.g., complex queries, indexing, triggers).
• Expertise in Autosys job scheduling, configuration, and troubleshooting.
