We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Manager with a strong background in Salesforce and client management. The ideal candidate will have proven experience handling Indian clients, building relationships, and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives and effective account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Client Management: Take ownership of existing enterprise-level client accounts, ensuring that client needs are met and their business objectives are achieved. Develop strong, long-lasting relationships by becoming a trusted advisor to the client.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives and revenue targets. Create tailored Salesforce solutions for clients and present them effectively to decision-makers.
- Account Management: Oversee all aspects of account management, including project delivery, client satisfaction, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Develop tailored strategies for each enterprise account, focusing on both short-term solutions and long-term growth. Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute these strategies.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with product, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure smooth project delivery, customer satisfaction, and retention. Act as the client’s advocate within the company.
- Client Retention & Renewal: Manage the contract renewal process, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and reducing churn. Identify opportunities for expanding engagement and ensuring continued partnership growth.
- Market Insights & Reporting: Stay updated on market trends, client needs, and Salesforce innovations to inform ongoing strategy. Provide regular reports on account health, progress, and expansion opportunities to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, with a focus on enterprise-level clients, preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem or related technology industry.
- Proven experience in handling large, complex accounts and working closely with clients to align technology solutions with their business goals.
- Good understanding of Salesforce products and services, with the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs and pain points.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Ability to identify client pain points and provide innovative, value-driven solutions to solve them.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and account growth targets within the enterprise segment.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Understanding of the Indian market and local business dynamics, with an ability to navigate different industries effectively
