What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark

Does a reseller competitor check to keep the team informed and updated with current reseller and whole sale market trend
Provides excellent service and technical support to Resellers and Corporate Account owners of Dreamscape Networks Ltd. in all means of communication including phone, chat, and email
Maintains trust and establishes business relationship with resellers
Keep records of existing and potential reseller clients’ products, developments, and any other initiatives supporting the growth of reseller channel
Proactively reaches out to resellers to cater to their needs and offers promotional materials
Contacts potential resellers to discuss and understand their business and explains the benefits of our reseller system
Persuades potential resellers to sign up to our program
Escalates urgent and complex issues with the ability of properly setting appropriate prioritization
Meets or exceeds the domain order, hosting and solution bookings, and reseller sign up monthly
Negotiates and prevents reseller from transferring out


Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

Must have at least 6 months of experience as Customer Care Specialist
Must have at least 6 months of experience as Sales Representative
Must have excellent problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills
Must have strong analytical skills
Must have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Must have knowledge in MS Office tools
