- Manage and cultivate a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for their staffing needs.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their IT staffing requirements.
- Collaborate with our sales and recruitment teams to provide customized staffing solutions that align with client objectives.
- Identify opportunities to expand and upsell our staffing services to increase revenue.
- Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Monitor client accounts, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and challenges.
