Clover Services is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Account Manager. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and cultivate a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for their staffing needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their IT staffing requirements.
  • Collaborate with our sales and recruitment teams to provide customized staffing solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to expand and upsell our staffing services to increase revenue.
  • Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Monitor client accounts, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and challenges.
