Database Administrator will work strategically with the President/CEO and donor outreach team to uphold the integrity and health of donor data in support of organizational accountability and stewardship.
Primary responsibility for database maintenance, reporting, mail list generation and other duties necessary.
Provide data input and reporting support to the entire development team in support of fundraising goals.
Ensure the internal integrity of processes to collect, enter, store, and access donor data as requested.

84 months of experience on Access database design and table relationships.
84 months of experience in data upload to Access database, creating new tables linked to existing tables.
84 months of experience in writing user guides to instruct the end-user on how to navigate the database, gathering requirements from the users and incorporating them into the database.
84 months of experience in data analysis, visualization and presentation.
84 months of experience in ensuring valid data entry.
84 months of programming experience in Visual Basic.
84 months of experience in SQL queries and macros.
84 months of experience of Access interface to ODBC.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
